Beta Licence Agreement
The licence terms for testing Blubook Network Beta through Apple TestFlight.
1. Parties and permission to use
This agreement is between you and Blubook Technologies Limited, not Apple. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Blubook Network Beta on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by TestFlight and applicable Apple usage rules, for testing and evaluating the service. You must be at least 18.
2. Beta limitations
This is pre-release software. It may contain errors, change or become unavailable, and access may expire or end. Keep independent copies of important information. The Network Beta supports networking, messaging and event coordination; it does not process payments, hold money or provide withdrawals. Any professional-service payments are arranged directly between the parties outside the app.
3. Acceptable use and content
Use the beta lawfully and follow the Blubook Terms of Service. Do not misuse accounts, harass people, publish unlawful content, interfere with security or redistribute the app outside permitted channels. Restrictions do not prevent activities that applicable law expressly permits. You retain ownership of your content and grant only the permissions needed to operate the service.
4. Privacy and feedback
Our Privacy Policy explains how account information, content, technical records and feedback are handled. Apple collects and shares TestFlight information under its own terms. You may provide feedback through TestFlight or support; we may use suggestions to improve Blubook without an obligation to implement them or pay compensation. Do not include other people's confidential information in feedback.
5. Support, warranties and claims
Blubook Technologies Limited is responsible for app support and for addressing claims about the app, including product-liability, consumer-protection, privacy and intellectual-property claims, to the extent required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Blubook.
Beta software is supplied subject to its pre-release limitations. Nothing in this agreement excludes warranties, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If an applicable warranty is not met, you may notify Apple; any refund of an app purchase price and Apple's remaining responsibilities are governed by the applicable Apple terms and law.
6. Ending the licence
You may stop testing at any time. We may end beta access if the programme ends, your access expires, you materially breach these terms, or action is required for safety or law. On termination, stop using the beta. Account deletion and retention are explained in the Privacy Policy.
7. Apple and other terms
You must comply with applicable third-party service agreements and export or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in a territory subject to a US government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and are not listed on a US government prohibited or restricted parties list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you once you accept it.
This agreement supplements the Apple TestFlight terms; it does not replace them or limit mandatory legal rights.
